About David.

David is a senior product leader with fifteen-plus years across global marketplaces, loyalty, retail and real estate. He's currently Head of Product (VP) at Just Eat Takeaway, where he leads the customer experience across nineteen markets.

Before that, he was VP of Product at International Airlines Group (IAG) Loyalty (Avios / British Airways), leading sixty people across five teams and lifting annual revenue by more than 60% on the online & in-store shopping, Avios Purchase and prepaid Mastercard portfolios. Earlier roles include Senior Product Manager at Zoopla — where he rationalised a seventeen-product suite down to three pillars — Global Head of Digital Product at Aesop, Senior PM at realestate.com.au, Lead PM at Tesco running £30m of partner-media monetisation, and Product Manager at Amazon.co.uk.

The thread through all of it is the same: complex, multi-stakeholder product portfolios, run at scale, with platform modernisation and partner ecosystems in the mix. Provian is how that experience now reaches a wider set of teams.

Why Provian exists.

Most consulting engagements end with a deck and a hug. The team's still stuck. Provian was built around a different shape of work — embedded, accountable, and small enough that the person you meet on the first call is the one in your standup the following Monday.

We work with founders, leadership teams and investors who need a senior product operator to hold a hard problem with them — for a few weeks, or a few quarters — and then hand it back cleanly.
